Amy Regan’s “Gonna get Better” EP is a lot more like a collection of showcase singles than an EP, since each of the tracks might quickly get radio play. “Gonna get Better” is feelgood acoustic pop. “Keep You Warm” is the type of pop piano ballad that might have been written for Sarah McLachlan. “Just when More” is less structured, as well as seems like a folky coffee home hit. “Crazy” is the lively pop hit. It seems impossible that this collection wouldn’t produce interest, or a full-out contract, from at least five record companies. She’s already had success in commercials, now, it seems, she’s poised for industrial success.
